We ship Australia-wide with the same low rate applying for all States and Territories. Shipping fees charged for desks and desk risers are cheaper per unit the more desks that are bought.
# Note
- Office chairs are typically dispatched next day with standard transit times across Australia. Buro Tidal Mesh Back Chairs are made to order here in Australia, so have approximately a 7-10 day leadtime in addition to the delivery time.
- Converters may take 1 additional day for delivery beyond normal standing desk expected delivery times.
- We ship orders received before noon on the same day. Delivery times are indicative and are based on normal delivery times we experience. Delivery timeframes may be extended during peak periods.
- The desk rates cover any accessories included in the same order.
- The shipping excludes bulk/commercial orders (more than 10 desks)

Delivery Process
We dispatch orders as soon as possible after your order has been placed.
If you wish for your shipment to be delayed, please leave a note at checkout specifying the date you would like us to send out your items.
Occasionally our delivery partners split up deliveries due to size constraints. If you only receive part of your order, don't worry as the rest of it will almost certainly arrive the next business day. If you order both a desk and a chair these will be in separate deliveries.
You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been booked in for delivery.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is provided at no additional cost. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or goes missing in transit we will replace it at no charge.
Pick up of orders
If you live in Melbourne, you will have the option of picking up your order from our warehouse at 157 Indian Drive, Keysborough, VIC 3173. You will not be charged for pick up.
If you wish to pick up, please select the "pick up" option in your shopping cart. Alternatively, you can use the code "collect" at checkout. You will receive an email after ordering with pick up instructions.
