(1) Storage Accessories are charged at $39.90 per item and include: Bookcase, Shelving & Storage Unit, Hanging Pedestal 2 Drawer Cabinet, Mobile Pedestal 3 Drawer Cabinet, Slimline Mobile Pedestal Cabinet.

Acoustic Desk Partitions are charged as per a 2-Leg desk.

 

Same day dispatch

Many of our products are same day dispatch for orders received before noon products. A same day dispatch product will be marked with a same day dispatch icon below the Add to Cart button on the product (excludes products marked as pre-order or made-to-order).  Delivery times are indicative and are based on expected normal courier transit times. Delivery timeframes may be extended during peak periods such as EOFY, Black Friday and Christmas.

Authority to leave

All orders will be marked as "Authority to Leave". If you do not wish for your order to be marked "Authority to Leave", please let us know before ordering as additional charges from our shipping partners will apply.

Delivery process

We dispatch orders as soon as possible after your order has been placed. If you wish for your shipment to be delayed, please leave a note at checkout specifying the date you would like us to send out your items.

We always dispatch your order in full (unless contacted prior), but occasionally our delivery partners split up deliveries due to size constraints, such as a large desktop may need to be sent on a specialist truck. If you only receive part of your order, don't worry as the rest of it will almost certainly arrive the next business day. If you order both a desk and a chair these will be in separate deliveries.

Many courier companies have OHS and insurance policies where their drivers are unable to enter apartment buildings or houses, so most courier drivers will deliver to the main entrance or foyer and not to your fourth level apartment.

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been booked in for delivery, along with your courier company's contact details, if you need to reach out to them about your delivery

Shipping protection

Shipping Protection is provided at no additional cost.  In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or goes missing in transit we will replace it at no charge.

Pick up of orders

If you live in Melbourne, you will have the option of picking up your order from our warehouse at 128-130 South Park Drive, Dandenong South, VIC, 3175. You will not be charged for pick up.

If you wish to pick up, please select the "pick up" option in your shopping cart. Alternatively, you can use the code "collect" at checkout. You will receive an email after ordering with pick up instructions. 

Rural delivery & shipping costs

As you may expect, deliveries to rural or remote locations may take a little longer, but our delivery partners do their best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In some cases, additional shipping fees may also apply for rural addresses. If this happens, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm any additional charges, and ensure you're happy to proceed or offer a cancellation if preferred.

Bulk pallet freight policy

For larger or heavier orders, we may use pallet freight to ensure your items are packed securely and delivered safely. This means your order will be carefully placed on a pallet and shipped using dedicated pallet freight services. In some cases, this option may come with additional costs. If so, we’ll get in touch before dispatch to walk you through the process and confirm any additional charges.

Products damaged in transit

All products leave our storage facility in perfect condition. If they arrive to you damaged, this has occurred in transit. In such instances, you will be entitled to receive a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, you will be entitled to receive a refund up to the value of your damaged product.

To claim and receive your replacement product or refund, you must contact UpDown Desk within 2 business days of receiving your product(s) to report the damage. Please send photos of the damaged product to us via email.
