Thank you for selecting UpDown Desk, the leaders in Australia for premium standing desks and other ergonomic furniture for your workspace. We can provide a store credit, refund, or exchange for another product. 


Industry Leading Returns Policy

We understand the importance of choosing the right furniture for your workspace and would like to give you confidence and peace of mind in purchasing from us. This is why we offer an industry leading 100 Day Returns policy

Set up your desk and experience the difference for yourself. We’re confident you’ll love it, but if not, our team is here to help.  Often a quick adjustment or ergonomic tweak can make all the difference, but if it’s not quite right, we’ll work with you to find a solution!

If you find you still need to return a product, ‘as new’ condition products with their original packaging can be returned within 100 days of delivery for an exchange, credit or a refund.  You just need to cover the shipping cost.

 

What products are covered?

1. All Frames and Desktops, including our PRO+, KLIK, LYFT and Manual Crank Desks.

2. All UpDown branded accessories.

 

Policy exclusions

1. Office chairs.

2. Products from other suppliers.

3. Custom made desktops.

4. Bulk orders of more than one desk.

 

Return Conditions

  • Must be within 100 days from the date of delivery.

  • Applies only to the original purchaser for online website or showroom sales.

  • Limited to orders of one desk or other eligible product only 

  • Products must be undamaged and unmodified. Required installation is not considered a modification. 

  • The product along with all parts, accessories and components must be completely disassembled and securely packaged in its original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and installation fees are non-refundable.


Complete the Return Form

All returns must be authorised by us before sending any products back to us. To initiate a return, please submit your request using this customer request form. A member of our customer service team will review your submission and respond as soon as possible with the necessary return instructions.


Incorrect and Faulty/Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing parts or incorrect, we will fix it as quickly as possible.

  • Damaged Products: Occasionally transit damage does occur when our desks travel across this great country of ours. Please submit a customer request form and we’ll get this sorted.
