The UpDown Desk PRO Series manual standing desk with Acacia desktop is a striking desktop using sustainable timber. Acacia has prominent colour tones, ranging from medium gold to dark brown. Its surface has a clear finish, with smooth straight edges and is 25mm thick. It features reinforced bars on the underside of the desktop for additional strength

DESKTOP CONSTRUCTION
Sustainable Sourced: Melamine is constructed from laminate with a sturdy engineered timber particle board core.
Clear Coat Protected: The desktop has been coated with a clear protective coat. The coat provides a satin finish to the desktop, which makes the desktop both aesthetically pleasing and durable.
Finger Joint Durability: The Acacia desktop is constructed with varying size pieces of Acacia, that are joined together via the finger joint method, ensuring increased durability and strength.
Steel Bar Reinforcements: The desktop comes with steel reinforcement bars on the base for added structural integrity. The bars prevent any movement between the joined pieces of timber.
Threaded Inserts: We are progressively introducing threaded inserts across our range of desktops. At present, our 150cm and 180cm Acacia desktops comes with preinstalled threaded inserts, for ease of installation when inserting the screws and providing a stronger bond between the frame and desktop.

Installation Made Easy
Our standing desks are very easy to set up, with most customers able to complete their own installation in approximately 30 minutes using our video.
We are progressively introducing threaded inserts across our range of desktops. Many of our desktops include threaded inserts to assist with assembly. The insert threads enable clear-cut assembly of the frame, as well as make it easy to disassemble and move, if required. You can check with our Customer Service team whether or not the inserts are available yet on the particular desktop that you are interested in purchasing.
